So I’ve begun uploading content to the website. You will see that all the pages under the “Programs” pages now have content in them, except for “Activities” as I wasn’t sure what to put in there from your documents.

I’ve just spoken with you, James, and I am now fully ready to begin handing off editing capabilities to you guys. You have most of the content ready, we simply need to begin porting that from Microsoft Word into the website software, and your public pages will change.

I will send you your login information in a separate e-mail.

Thanks for coming by and browsing this site—if you’re reading this you are probably one of two people: Asma or James! A note for you both: I have decided to ditch the old design and do something completely different, and install a content management system for you!

You should have both received user login names already. Browse to the bottom right of this page, click “Login” link and then use the username and password I sent you.

From there you will be taken to the Wordpress Dashboard. This is the control panel for your new website. I have given you the capability to edit the pages yourselves, so if you feel like it, start adding content under the “Manage > Pages” link. The rest is pretty self-explanatory, I think.

I’m not done yet. I still have many tasks to finish before we are ready to release this site to the public, but it is definitely at the stage where you can both start looking under the hood. Please don’t change any major options or settings, but you may start adding content to all the blank pages you see from the navigation bar. I will work on this some more on Thursday morning.
